Clients

  1. Select the Client Portal
  2. Once you are redirected to the login page, click on ‘Forgot Password’
  3. Enter the email on your Nortech account and click on ‘Send Verification Code’ to receive a code in your email. If you do not know which email to use, please call Nortech
  4. You will receive a verification code in your email. Enter this code and click ‘Verify Code’. If you don’t get an email, please check your spam/junk folder
  5. After verification is complete, click ‘Continue’ and set up a new password for your account. Do not change your email
  6. Once completed, you can log in to the portal with this email and password

Technician Portal

Technicians

Login with your Nortech email address and password. Previous usernames and passwords will no longer work on the new site.

Remote Technicians

  1. You should have received an email invitation from Microsoft on behalf of Nortech Technician Portal. Please check your spam/junk folder, if you do not see it in your inbox.
  2. Accept the invitation on this email and follow the instructions provided by Microsoft:
  3. If you already have an existing Microsoft account, upon accepting the invitation you will then be linked to the portal and be logged in.
  4. If you do not have a Microsoft account, upon accepting the invitation it will redirect you to a page where you can set up a new password. You will then log in using this email going forward.
  5. For all future use, select the Technician Portal.
